Simply looking for the symptoms is not enough. If you beleive that someone is suffering from anxiety or depression talk to them. Advising them to go to therapy can work, but you need to help them throughout the ordeal. Know that someone is there to back them up really helps and can lead to a faster recovery.

- Does the person seem uneasy or panicky constantly?
- Repeated thoughts or flashbacks of a traumatic experience
- Too much or too little sleep?
- Dizziness
